New Staggs EP offers a unique view of the North,

German Shepherd are proud to announce the release of a brand new four track EP from electro-punk wunder-kinds Staggs. Entitled “Shy Bairns Get Nowt” the release deals with the grim realities of life north of Watford, provides a commentary on the relative merits of the Charlton brothers, focuses on the apocalyptic post Cameron decay of the industrial base, and mercilessly attacks middle class obsessions.

With some of Michael T Scott’s finest lyrics to date and stunning musical constructions from Paul Ridley, which include influences from such diverse places as Ennio Morricone, Wendy Carlos, Giorgio Moroder and 70s Glam Rock, this will be a release which punches you in the face repeatedly until you enjoy it.
